Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Coordinate vendor load-in/load-out procedures
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd management
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Set up and break down event infrastructure
- Assist with emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays 8am-8pm
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Must pass background check
- 18+ years of age
