Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and crowd control

- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth event operations
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Flexible schedule and positive attitude
