Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at weekend festivals, concerts, and private events
- Manage guest registration and VIP access with precision
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
- Address guest inquiries with solutions-oriented communication
- Contribute to post-event reconciliation and feedback documentation
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Washington state ID and reliable transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to train
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events)
