Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend festivals and corporate events
- Manage ticket scanning, attendee registration, and venue flow
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Report operational insights to event coordinators
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid ID
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule during peak event seasons
- Must pass basic background check
