Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Distribute event materials and promotional items
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Collect feedback and report operational issues
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License (for venue transport)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
