Responsibilities

- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management

- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations
- Valid Minnesota driver's license preferred but not required
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience a plus
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
