Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads during live operations
- Report operational issues to on-site management
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for some roles)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles
- Must pass background check
