Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket scanning with precision
- Monitor venue entrances and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with crowd flow management during high-traffic events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales

- Collaborate with security and event teams seamlessly
- Prepare event spaces before and after performances
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (minimum 8-hour shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license for parking validation
- 18+ years old (TABC certification preferred)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Positive attitude under pressure situations
