Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise to attendees
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including tents, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at assigned stations
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event logistics smoothly
- Report inventory and operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
