Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, tables, and signage
- Manage guest registration and provide directional assistance
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Assist vendors with load-in and operational needs
- Enforce safety protocols and report maintenance issues
- Support promotional activities through engaging guest interactions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus venues
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Positive attitude and approachable communication style
- No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass basic background check
