Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and present dishes according to presentation standards
- Manage payment processing and cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be 18+ years old
