Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using empathetic communication
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Uphold brand standards through consistent appearance and professional conduct
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
- Valid Missouri driver's license if assisting with valet services
