Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with venue navigation
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during high-traffic periods
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions sales
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain orderly event operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and signage
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM-10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screening
