- Manage guest check-in and registration systems efficiently
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee support
- Monitor event spaces and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines
- Collect feedback and report operational insights
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Reliable transportation across Atlanta metro area
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check
