Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional customer service during weekend events
- Manage venue operations including ticket scanning, crowd control, and safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Maintain clean and organized venue spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Louisville venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check
