Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide personalized customer recommendations and maintain exceptional service standards
- Manage inventory, stock supplies, and uphold strict cleanliness protocols
- Train new baristas and maintain a collaborative team environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and brewing techniques
