Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at assigned event stations (registration, ushering, VIP areas)
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate event equipment including ticket scanners, signage, and audiovisual tools
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination of event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain professional appearance and brand representation at all times
- Collaborate with event managers and fellow staff for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures and crowd management
