Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event stations using provided equipment (registration, VIP areas, activity zones)
- Operate audiovisual gear and interactive displays as assigned
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining friendly guest interactions
- Conduct safety inspections of provided equipment before/during shifts
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with tech support teams
- Assist with breakdown and inventory of provided event assets
- Uphold brand standards through proper use of branded materials and uniforms
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with ability to operate provided communication devices
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided AV equipment
- Reliable transportation to event locations across LA County
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance with ability to wear provided uniforms
- Must pass background check and provide own black shoes
