Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event stakeholders
- Handle ticketing, registration, and attendee inquiries
- Maintain venue cleanliness and operational standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise
- Assist in setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event or hospitality experience
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
