- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth

- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and special requests
- Operate property management systems and communication tools

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS)
