Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote-friendly team
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our River Drive location
