Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event equipment/staging efficiently
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Support VIP guest handling and special request fulfillment
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver venues
