Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events including concerts, art shows, and private parties
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue access with professionalism and efficiency
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment staging and venue preparation
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures during events
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability as primary requirement
- 18+ years of age with eligibility to work in the US
