Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during weekend evening events and private functions
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with attention to detail and presentation
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
- Upsell premium menu items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (5 PM - 2 AM)
- TABC certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas Food Handler's License
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude
