- Coordinate vendor arrivals and service timing
- Manage guest registration and VIP experiences
- Troubleshoot on-site technical and logistical issues
- Conduct post-event wrap-up and quality checks
- Collaborate with event teams for seamless operations
- Maintain brand standards at all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Proven event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and Miami market knowledge
