Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event equipment including stages, AV systems, and décor
- Provide exceptional guest services through ticket scanning, guest assistance, and crowd management
- Operate provided communication devices for real-time coordination with event teams
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures using supplied safety gear
- Assist with vendor coordination and equipment inventory management
- Report maintenance issues with provided equipment to logistics team
- Represent client brand with professionalism using supplied branded uniforms
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in provided footwear
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to various Bay Area event venues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic familiarity with event setup/breakdown procedures
- Must pass background check (equipment handling clearance)
- Ability to follow detailed equipment protocols and safety guidelines
