Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event venues according to detailed specifications
- Greet guests, manage registration/check-in processes, and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor crowd flow, enforce safety protocols, and assist with emergency procedures
- Operate event technology including ticket scanners, audio-visual equipment, and point-of-sale systems
- Coordinate with vendors, security teams, and venue management to ensure seamless operations
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing client companies with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Complete post-event reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
