Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcome and assistance to weekend guests
- Manage event check-ins and VIP guest coordinationExecute seamless venue setup/breakdown procedures
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity

- Maintain pristine venue standards throughout shifts

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if applicable to duties)
- Positive attitude under pressure and during high-volume periods
- Basic computer proficiency for guest management systems
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
