Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, attentive customer care
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously during peak evening hours
- Upsell specialty menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer service and menu items
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ with ability to stand for extended periods
