Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests in our upscale French Quarter restaurant
- Accurately process orders using POS systems and manage payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
