Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation system and waitlist efficiently
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Answer phone inquiries and process reservations
- Maintain clean, organized host stand and lobby area
- Assist with light cleaning duties during downtime
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be available evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
