Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekend tour check-ins and manage guest registrations
- Provide engaging commentary about Seattle landmarks during walking tours
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticket sales and merchandise
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event materials at venues
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during outdoor activities
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff for seamless operations
- Collect and report guest feedback for service improvements
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) consistently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington State ID or driver's license
- 18+ years of age
- Enthusiasm for Seattle's culture and tourism industry
