Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience from arrival to departure.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies with professionalism and patience.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a valid work authorization for the United States.
