Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Escalate complex tickets to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote).
