Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and store organization during downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; currently enrolled college students welcome.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
