Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues via phone and email.
- Log and track customer support tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective, empathetic solutions.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely responses during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
