- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with day-team specialists to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- 0-2 years customer service experience; training provided
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette

- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly across Monday-Sunday evenings
