Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and email during evening and weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor under pressure.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems and internet connectivity.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation (local commuting to Austin, IL).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
