Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and personalized recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale systems efficiently with 100% accuracy

- Maintain pristine venue standards through regular cleanliness checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude with team collaboration mindset
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Fort Worth location
