Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservations and bookings for weekend dining events
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams during peak evening hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable for deliveries)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
