As a Weekend Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are looking for individuals who are patient, tech-savvy, and ready to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming emails, chat messages, and phone calls regarding products and services with accuracy and speed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and account updates into our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback regarding our weekend services and relay insights to the product team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow company protocols, data privacy laws, and compliance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and internet browsers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
