Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding products and services.
- Ensure the sales floor and checkout areas are organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle minor operational issues and escalate complex concerns to the store manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
