- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on weekend availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer accounts and database information.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
