Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage returns with patience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment throughout shifts.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are fresh and properly signed.
- Cross-train on various store operations as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the Washington, DC location.
