Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening clientele, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely at the point of sale.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform nightly closing procedures, including security checks and facility locks.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
