Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize and stock merchandise to ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and appealing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
