Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a premium level of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Restock shelves and inventory areas to ensure product availability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Handle cash handling and balancing procedures with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, typically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
