Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers with a smile and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
- Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Store Operations: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Inventory: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some evenings.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and management.
