Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the sales floor organization, ensuring products are displayed attractively and shelves are fully stocked.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Clean and organize the checkout area and fitting rooms to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly performance targets.
- Assist with inventory management and price changes as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a desire to help others.
