Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns with accuracy.
- Stay informed about product features and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
